My parents bought this oven a few years ago, the truth is that I have always liked to cook, before having the oven nape had baked anything, but I am the one that occupies it the most. I prepare from cookies to roast meat using a oven, although I think I have never prepared baked fish.
I prepare things every time I can, but the university occupies almost all my time and this don't let me try new dishes. I prefer to use the electronic oven because it allows me to better regulate the temparature, the cooking times and where the heat come from, which is perfect for preparations that require lower temperatures and more careful cooking like the ¨Flan¨.
If I don't have a electronic oven, I would take more problem to prepare thing with Flan, because the flan needs to be cooked atlow temperature, 100°C ideally, to decrease the posibility of small air pockets and thus give it a creamy texture.
My last dish was ¨Matcha cake roll¨ filling with chocolate cream.
