Post 3 >> My Favourite Piece of Technology

My favourite piece of technology is the electric oven, because when in my house my parents bought an electric oven, my world of posibilities grew, for his supposed talking aboaut dishes and meals he could prepare now haha.

My parents bought this oven a few years ago, the truth is that I have always liked to cook, before having the oven nape had baked anything, but I am the one that occupies it the most. I prepare from cookies to roast meat using a oven, although I think I have never prepared baked fish.

I prepare things every time I can, but the university  occupies almost all my time and this don't let me try new dishes. I prefer to use the electronic oven because it allows me to better regulate the temparature, the cooking times and where the heat come from, which is perfect for preparations that require lower temperatures and more careful cooking like the ¨Flan¨.

If I don't have a electronic oven, I would take more problem to prepare thing with Flan, because the flan needs to be cooked atlow temperature, 100°C ideally, to decrease the posibility of small air pockets and thus give it a creamy texture.

My last dish was ¨Matcha cake roll¨ filling with chocolate cream.

Post 2 >> Why did you choose this career/study programme?

When I was little, I wanted to be many things, from surgeon to genetics researcher, even astronaunt or something like that. But when I grew up, I didn't know what I wanted to study, until the last week of the race registration. Finally, the only thing I wanted to study was architecture, it was my only option in three different universities, although the university of Chile was my first choice.

I will never forget that my art teacher told me: "I see you as a designer or as a architect", this plus the talk that the brothers of a friend gave me, they helped me decide. And well, I'm here.

The university has meant long hours without sleep, endless weeks full of job, but at the same time, meet new people that make my days happier.

Currently I don't know want to work, but I would like to apply to the community in some way, it is my only goal for now.

Hi!! My name is Yacoleth. I was born in 1997, I'm twenty years old now. 

In my family, we are five and we have four babies: My parents, my little sister and little brother. The babies are three dogs, Benji, Yuuki and aki, and kitty Hinata. Aki are youngest of dog, she is a cute akita puppy and she is in process of adapt to the house. Is it my complete family.

I don´t have a favorite food, but I can´t stand cucumber fruit, it is my debility. 

 

Before entering university, I studied in a public liceo San pedro of  Puente Alto, in this place I knew many of my friends, we are know for many years.

Between my hobbies are the draw, although I don't have a lot of talent to draw. I also like the japanese manga and american comic of action, love the movies of science fiction. I like read chine novel, because it are very long.

How safe is to give your personal information on websites susch as facebook, my space and any others? what´'s the limit for you?

I think that giving personal information for intenet is very bad idea, because we don't kwon who can use this information. I fersonally believe that we going to can to hurt us or we going can to leave other person hurt us.

In my opinion the limits are in the information thet may reveal something about us that could compromise us, somehow.
